Raspberry milkshake recipe

- 100 ml of skimmed cow's milk
- 50 gr of natural skimmed yogurt
- 50 gr raspberries
- 2 ladles of BARIPROTEIN
Method of preparation
- Wash the raspberries well.
- Put all the ingredients in a glass suitable for blender and blend well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can add a few drops of sweetener if you find it a little acidic.
