Cocoa milkshake
Protein: 20.4 gIngredients
- 150 ml of skimmed cow's milk.
- 50 gr of low-fat cottage cheese.
- 1 ladle of BARIPROTEIN.
- 1 tablespoon of pure cocoa.
Method of preparation
- In a glass, add the milk, cottage cheese, pure cocoa and BARIPROTEIN.
- Mix with a fork or blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
